Welcome to LuxuStars. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and LuxuStars Inc. (“LuxuStars,” “we,” or “us”) and apply to all use of our digital platform and services.
These Terms govern your access to the LuxuStars platform—including our websites, mobile apps, and related tools—used to discover, list, book, or manage luxury accommodations, vehicles, watercraft rentals, and curated experiences (collectively, the “Services”).

By using LuxuStars, you are agreeing to these Terms. This includes when you:
Visit or browse the LuxuStars website or app
Book a service from a Provider
List, manage, or deliver a service as a Provider
Create an account or interact with other users through the Platform
If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use LuxuStars.
LuxuStars is a curated digital marketplace that connects users seeking luxury travel experiences (“Guests” or “Renters”) with independent third-party providers (“Providers”) who offer services through our platform.
We are not a party to the actual service contract between Guest and Provider. LuxuStars does not own, operate, or manage accommodations, vehicles, watercraft, or experiences listed on the Platform. Our role is limited to enabling listings, processing payments, and facilitating communication.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming legally binding contracts to use LuxuStars. By using the Platform, you confirm you meet these requirements. In some jurisdictions, additional age or licensing requirements may apply depending on the service you offer or book.
These Terms, together with our incorporated policies, represent the entire agreement between you and LuxuStars. They override any previous agreements, oral or written, relating to your use of the Platform.
These Terms are published in English. Translations, if provided, are for convenience only. In the event of a conflict, the English version will control.
