To protect the reliability of bookings and reduce last-minute disruptions, LuxuStars does not allow providers to cancel reservations directly from their dashboard.
Instead:
- All cancellation requests from providers must go through LuxuStars staff
- Approval is granted only in rare, verifiable circumstances (such as emergencies or force majeure events)
- Providers must submit documentation to support the reason for cancellation
Why this policy exists:
- It ensures a stable and trustworthy experience for guests
- It prevents misuse of the system and protects provider reputations
- It allows LuxuStars to fairly assess and document each case
