Why LuxuStars Doesn’t Have an “Advance Notice” Setting, Only Preparation Time Between Reservations

Unlike some platforms that ask providers to set a minimum “advance notice” period before bookings, LuxuStars takes a more practical and flexible approach: we let providers choose how much preparation time they need between reservations.

What this means:

  • You don’t set how early a guest must book — bookings are always allowed unless your listing is unavailable
  • Instead, you set a buffer period between the end of one reservation and the start of the next
  • This allows time for cleaning, resets, travel, or personal scheduling

Why this works better:

  • It gives providers flexibility without blocking last-minute bookings that could still work
  • It simplifies the calendar — no need to adjust every time availability changes
  • It protects service quality by giving you enough time to prepare between guests or renters

This structure is used across all categories — accommodations, vehicles, watercrafts, and experiences — to ensure both efficiency and readiness without overcomplicating your listing settings.
