We strongly encourage all communication to take place within the LuxuStars platform. Messaging inside our system protects both guests and providers and allows us to step in if a dispute arises.
Before a booking is confirmed: Sharing contact information such as phone numbers, emails, or social media profiles is not allowed. This is to prevent fraud, protect your privacy, and maintain a safe environment for all users.
After a booking is confirmed: You may choose to continue communication through the platform or use external methods. However, if a dispute occurs and the conversation happened outside LuxuStars, we will be unable to verify the exchange or intervene.
To stay protected, we recommend using the in-platform chat for all coordination — before and after booking.
