Provider Replies to Reviews

LuxuStars allows service providers to publicly respond to customer reviews. This gives you the opportunity to provide clarification, express appreciation, or address any concerns professionally.

Reply rules:

  • You can post one public reply per customer review
  • You can edit your reply once within 24 hours of posting
  • Replies cannot be deleted by the provider after being posted
  • All users can report a provider’s reply if they believe it violates platform guidelines
  • LuxuStars admins can edit or remove any reply if necessary

To respond to a review, go to  Reviews in your dashboard, select the review, and click Reply. Make sure your message is respectful and focused on the experience.
