Platform Not Loading Correctly (Web or App)

If LuxuStars isn’t loading properly on your browser or app, the issue could be related to your internet connection, device settings, or a temporary platform update.

Quick fixes:

  • Check your internet connection or switch to Wi-Fi
  • Close and reopen the app or browser
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Make sure your browser or app is up to date
  • Try accessing from a different browser or device

If using the mobile app:

  • Force-close the app and reopen it
  • Ensure you’re on the latest version (check your app store)
  • Restart your phone if the issue persists

Occasionally, brief platform updates may cause temporary access delays. If the issue continues for more than 30 minutes, please report it to our technical support team.
