Payment Not Processing or Declined

If your payment isn’t going through on LuxuStars, there may be an issue with your card, billing information, or bank.

Steps to resolve:

  • Ensure your card has sufficient funds and is not expired
  • Double-check that your billing information matches what your bank has on file
  • Confirm that your card supports international or online transactions
  • Enter the correct CVV code — it is always required at checkout for extra security

Important: If you’ve saved a card from a previous purchase, you’ll still need to re-enter your CVV code to complete each new transaction. This helps prevent unauthorized charges.

Some banks may block transactions in USD or international purchases by default. You may need to contact your bank to approve the payment or try a different card.
