Not Receiving Verification Emails or Codes

If you're not getting a verification email or code while signing up or verifying your identity, here are a few things to check:

1. Email Verification

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Search for "LuxuStars" in your inbox to locate the email
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address at sign-up

2. Phone Verification

  • Make sure your phone is turned on and has a signal
  • If traveling, verify that your number has roaming or switch to WhatsApp verification (if available)
  • Try resending the code after 60 seconds

If you’ve tried all of the above and still aren’t receiving verification codes, contact LuxuStars Support so we can assist you in completing your setup.
