If You Enter Incorrect Information During Verification

If the information you provide during verification doesn’t match your official documents, your submission will be rejected and verification will fail.


Most often, this happens when:

  • You upload an expired or blurry ID
  • Your selfie doesn't clearly match the photo on your ID
  • Your full name doesn’t match the one entered during sign-up

When signing up, you’ll see a bold red warning reminding you to enter your legal name exactly as it appears on your national ID. If your account name doesn’t match your ID, you’ll need to either:

  • Create a new account using the correct details, or
  • Contact us to request a manual correction

Once the issue is resolved, you can restart the verification process and proceed with booking or listing on LuxuStars.
