Check the following first:
- Has the guest completed their check-in or pick-up?
- Has the standard payout window passed? (15 days for first bookings, 24 hours for others)
- Are your payout details accurate and up to date?
Other considerations:
- Delays may occur due to weekends or banking holidays
- Some updates to your E-Wallet may take several minutes to reflect
- If your booking was flagged for verification, payout may be temporarily paused
