E-Wallet or Payout Status Not Updating

If your LuxuStars E-Wallet balance or payout status seems stuck or incorrect, it’s usually caused by a delay in processing or incomplete booking verification.

Check the following first:

  • Has the guest completed their check-in or pick-up?
  • Has the standard payout window passed? (15 days for first bookings, 24 hours for others)
  • Are your payout details accurate and up to date?

Other considerations:

  • Delays may occur due to weekends or banking holidays
  • Some updates to your E-Wallet may take several minutes to reflect
  • If your booking was flagged for verification, payout may be temporarily paused

If your E-Wallet hasn’t updated after the expected timeline, you can contact LuxuStars Support to investigate and ensure everything is in order.
