Communication Rules and Off-Platform Contact

To protect both guests and providers, LuxuStars encourages all communication to stay within the platform’s Message Center. This creates a secure record in case of disputes.

Key guidelines:

  • Do not share contact details (phone number, email, social media, etc.) before a reservation is confirmed
  • Once a booking is confirmed, guests and providers may choose to communicate off-platform, but at their own risk
  • LuxuStars cannot intervene in disputes that occurred off-platform without platform-based communication or evidence

Important: To be eligible for chargeback protection and dispute support, providers must:

  • Keep all communication with guests inside the platform’s chat
  • Submit clear photo evidence of service delivery before and after (when applicable)

Providers who fail to follow these guidelines may be held responsible for resulting financial losses — including chargebacks or withheld payouts. These steps are in place to protect everyone involved and maintain a fair and secure marketplace.
