Why Your Listing Hasn’t Been Published Yet

If your listing isn’t published yet, don’t worry: on LuxuStars, listings only appear after a manual review. This verification ensures quality, legal compliance, and safety across the platform. Below are the most common reasons and how to fix them.

How to check your listing status

1. Go to Your Listings.

2. Find the listing and check its status: In Review, Changes Required, Paused, or Rejected.

3. If you see Changes Required, check your email to see what needs to be corrected.

Common reasons a listing isn’t published

  • Review in progress: most listings are reviewed within 24–48 hours, but it can take longer during peak periods.
  • Additional verification required: identity or ownership still needs to be confirmed.
  • Missing or expired documents: for example, RNT (accommodations/experiences), vehicle registration/SOAT/tech inspection (vehicles), registration/inspection/insurance (watercraft), or applicable licenses/permits.
  • Mismatched data: the account holder’s name or authorized person doesn’t match the documents provided.
  • Content needing edits: inaccurate descriptions, external links or personal contact details, or low-quality/non-representative photos.
  • Possible policy violation: safety concerns or prior complaints.

How to fix and publish your listing

1. Open the listing and make the corrections according to the review team’s notes.

2. Upload or update any missing documentation (clear photos, licenses, RNT, SOAT, etc.).

3. Correct descriptions, remove external contact details, and replace blurry or non-representative photos.

4. Click Publish to resubmit for review.

Tips to avoid delays

  • Use original, clear, and recent photos of the service/asset.
  • Describe precisely what’s included (duration, conditions, limits, requirements).
  • Ensure all documents are valid and in the name of the owner or an authorized person.

Important: your listing will not be visible to customers until the review is complete. If more than 48 hours have passed (outside peak times) or you need help, contact LuxuStars Support with the listing ID and attach the relevant documentation.
