What to Expect After Booking

Your booking is confirmed instantly! Here’s what to expect next and how to manage your experience with ease.

1. Confirmation and Details

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with a summary of your booking. You can also view all details in My Bookings.
  • If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder or search for “LuxuStars.”

2. Communication with the Provider

  • Use the Message Center to coordinate details, ask questions, or request adjustments.
  • For safety, keep all communication on the platform. Sharing personal contact details is optional and only after booking.

3. Changes and Cancellations

  • If the listing allows modifications and the date hasn’t passed, request changes (dates, times, participants) from My Bookings.
  • Cancellations and refunds follow the provider’s cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict).

4. Before the Service Date

  • The provider may send pre-arrival instructions (meeting point, what to bring, safety requirements).

5. If an Issue Comes Up

  • Contact the provider first via the Message Center.
  • If it isn’t resolved, open a case in the Resolution Center and attach evidence (photos, messages, etc.).

6. After Your Experience

  • You can leave a review (with a star rating and up to 5 photos) within 21 days after it ends.
  • Your review helps other users and keeps quality standards high across the platform.
