Violations include, but are not limited to:

• Discriminatory, abusive, or threatening behavior.
• Attempting to take transactions or communication off-platform.
• Submitting false documentation or misleading listings.
• Engaging in scams, fraud, or chargeback abuse.
• Repeated no-shows, cancellations, or poor conduct.

What actions LuxuStars may take:

• Issue a formal warning.
• Temporarily restrict access to certain features.
• Suspend or permanently close the account.
• Withhold payouts or cancel future reservations tied to the violation.

Each case is reviewed individually, and decisions are based on the nature of the violation, past behavior, and supporting evidence. LuxuStars reserves the right to take action without prior notice if the violation is severe.
