Wallet Payout Status Not Updating

If your LuxuStars Wallet balance or payout status seems stuck or incorrect, it’s usually caused by a delay in processing or incomplete booking verification.

Check the following first:

  • Has the guest completed their check-in or pick-up?
  • Has the standard payout window passed? (15 days for first bookings, 24 hours for others).
  • Are your payout details accurate and up to date?

Other considerations:

  • Delays may occur due to weekends or banking holidays.
  • Some updates to your E-Wallet may take several minutes to reflect.
  • If your booking was flagged for verification, payout may be temporarily paused.

If your Wallet hasn’t updated after the expected timeline, you can contact LuxuStars Support to investigate and ensure everything is in order.
