Seasonal Pricing

Use the Seasonal Pricing feature to temporarily raise or lower your listing’s price for specific dates (e.g., high/low season, holidays, local events) without changing your base price. The adjustment is a percentage applied to your base price and affects only the dates you select.

How it works

  • You keep a single base price for your listing.
  • For selected dates, you set a percentage increase or decrease relative to that base price.
  • The adjusted price is used at checkout only for those dates. Your base price remains unchanged for all other dates.

Examples

  • High season: Base price COP 100,000 → +20% for Dec 20–Jan 5 = COP 120,000 on those dates.
  • Low season: Base price COP 100,000 → −15% for May weekdays = COP 85,000 on those dates.

Set up Seasonal Pricing

1. Go to Listings.

2. On the listing you want to edit, open the three-dot menu (top-right) and select Edit Listing.

3. Navigate to the Seasonal Pricing slide in section 3.

4. Choose the date range (or individual dates) you want to adjust.

5. Select the percentage to increase (+) or decrease (−) relative to your base price.

6. Review the preview of the adjusted price and click Add.

7. Click Save & Exit.

Edit or remove an adjustment

1. Open the same pricing/availability section for your listing.

2. Find the adjustment rule for those dates.

3. Edit the percentage or remove the rule to return those dates to the base price.

Important

  • Adjustments apply to future bookings only. Existing confirmed bookings keep their original price.
  • Your base price is never changed by seasonal pricing adjustments.
  • The LuxuStars service fee is calculated on the adjusted price for the affected dates.
  • Avoid overlapping date ranges to prevent conflicts.
