Review Timing and Visibility Rules

LuxuStars allows verified customers to submit a review after their booking has been completed. This ensures reviews reflect real, completed experiences.

Key rules:

  • Only customers who complete a booking can leave a review.
  • The review option appears only after the booking has ended (e.g., after checkout or return time).
  • There is a 21-day window after checkout to submit a review.
  • Reviews can include a star rating, written feedback, and up to 5 photos.
  • Customers can edit their review once withing 24 hours after posted, or before the provider replies, what ever happens first.
  • Providers replies are limited to one per review and may be edited once within 24 hours after posted.

Once a review is posted, it becomes public and linked to the listing. This helps future guests make informed decisions based on verified guest experiences.
