Reporting Inappropriate Behavior or Content

If you encounter inappropriate behavior or content that violates LuxuStars policies, please report it immediately. This helps us keep the community safe and trustworthy for guests and providers.

In dangerous situations: if you are in immediate danger or facing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services first. Then report the incident on the platform.

  • Requests to move payments or communication off-platform before booking.
  • Explicit or violent content, prohibited images, or material that infringes rights.
  • Scams, fraud, impersonation, or phishing attempts.
  • Posting personal information (phone numbers, addresses, IDs) without consent.
  • Misleading listings or information that does not match the real service.
