In dangerous situations: if you are in immediate danger or facing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services first. Then report the incident on the platform.
What we consider inappropriate behavior or content
- Harassment, threats, abusive language, or discrimination (race, gender, religion, orientation, etc.).
- Requests to move payments or communication off-platform before booking.
- Explicit or violent content, prohibited images, or material that infringes rights.
- Scams, fraud, impersonation, or phishing attempts.
- Posting personal information (phone numbers, addresses, IDs) without consent.
- Misleading listings or information that does not match the real service.
How to report
1. From a listing or review: click the flag icon (Report) and choose the reason.
2. With an active booking: if the issue affects your experience, open a case in the Resolution Center.
3. If you don’t see a report option, contact LuxuStars Support from your account.
What to include to speed up the review
- Booking ID or a link to the listing.
- Screenshots or photos (if safe to capture).
- Dates and times of the incident and a brief description of what happened.
What happens next
- Our Trust & Safety team will review the evidence and take action according to our policies.
- We may hide or remove content, issue warnings, apply restrictions, or suspend accounts in serious or repeated cases.
- We’ll notify you by email when there is an update on your case.
Privacy and responsible use
- Your report is handled confidentially. Retaliation against reporters is prohibited.
- False or bad-faith reports may lead to action on the reporter’s account.
