LuxuStars accounts are permanently deleted — not deactivated — so once your account is removed, it cannot be reactivated or restored.
If your account was closed due to a technical issue or ineligibility (such as failed verification), you may contact us to discuss your case. Depending on the situation, we may allow you to start over by creating a new account.
Keep in mind: if your previous account was suspended due to a policy violation, you will not be allowed to register again.
