To maintain a safe and respectful platform, LuxuStars monitors for abuse, fraud, harassment, and policy violations. Our goal is to resolve issues fairly and protect both customers and providers.
- Harassing or threatening language.
- Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or orientation.
- Attempting to circumvent LuxuStars policies or payment systems.
- Posting or soliciting personal contact information before a booking is confirmed.
- Repeated poor conduct reported by other users.
Dispute resolution:
- We encourage users to resolve issues directly through the Message Center.
- If no agreement is reached, the guest may escalate the issue to our Resolution Center.
- LuxuStars will review the case, including photos, chat logs, and any proof submitted.
- Decisions are based on platform rules, terms of service, and available evidence.
We reserve the right to warn, suspend, or remove any user who violates these standards — whether guest or provider.
