• Attempts to take transactions or communication off-platform.
• Unusual login activity, booking patterns, or rapid account changes.

How we respond:

• Temporarily restrict or suspend the account involved.
• Request additional verification or documentation.
• Reverse or block pending payouts tied to suspicious bookings.
• Flag the issue to the Resolution Center for investigation.

What users should do:

• Always communicate and pay through LuxuStars.
• Report any unusual messages, requests, or booking activity immediately.
• Never share login credentials, card information, or contact details outside the platform.
