LuxuStars allows one account per person. Each account is tied to your personal identity, and we verify that your legal name, phone number, and ID match during verification. This policy protects users, prevents fraud, and protect our community.

What this means:

• Do not create multiple accounts. Duplicate accounts may be closed.
• You can use the same account as a guest and as a provider—no second account is needed.

If you made a mistake when signing up:

• If your name does not match your government ID, create a new account with your correct legal name or contact Support to correct the error before starting verification.
• Update your email or phone in Account Settings. Note that each email/phone can be linked to only one account.

Consequences of multiple accounts:

• Verification delays or rejected listings.
• Blocked access or permanent suspension.

Strictly prohibited: creating or using multiple accounts to bypass rules, reviews, limits, or fees. Violations may result in permanent suspension.
